Make a referral

Match your patient to a London hospital for specialist care.

Search for the relevant medical procedure below, select those that apply to your patient, and view London hospitals able to provide treatment.

How to make a referral

  1. Search for a specific procedure by typing in the search box (or simply scroll through all procedures).
  2. Click the procedure to add it to your selection list.
  3. Add any further procedures also required using the same method.
  4. Partners supporting all selected procedures will be displayed in the 'Partner Shortlist' section (below).
  5. (Optionally) deselect any partners you prefer to omit by clicking the deselect button displayed when hovering over the partner logo.
  6. Once happy with your selection, click the 'Continue with referral' button to complete the referral form.
